REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
The Fly & Buy program is offered by certain participating developments and has specific requirements to apply for the refund:
- The maximum refund amount varies depending on the development and your investment; in general, it can cover up to 50% of your flight and accommodation expenses.
- The refund is applied as a bonus or direct credit toward the final purchase price, after you sign the purchase agreement and make the agreed initial payment with the development.
- The purchase must be completed as a direct sale; it does not apply if external brokers or additional agencies are involved.
