The subdivision seeks to integrate the landscape through urbanization criteria such as permitted densities per lot, shared green areas in the subdivision, height restrictions and permitted materials.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-MX\">Koh will have a vegetation buffer of approximately 7.80 m to the northeast; to the southeast, to the neighboring land and to the southwest will be the interior road of the subdivision. The vegetation buffers are for the use of all tenants and have roads and urban equipment surrounded by the original vegetation of the site.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p lang=\"es-MX\">Koh, a mountain lion with a unique vision, was roaming the jungle, which he considered his home. He was looking for a place to settle down, as he was going from one point to another and no place suited him. He found a space in the jungle, where he could call Nah home.
