The Shops at Kalena, on Avenida Universidades, feature a pedestrian area and a bike path that provide connectivity between the district’s multiple residential areas. A couple of important factors were considered for the Acacia facade: low-density living gives us a discreet 3 -level building, and lattices that offer privacy without losing natural light.
