Inuk is a development located 500 meters from the Playa del Carmen-Cancún highway, in a rapidly growing urbanized area. Its strategic location not only connects Inuk to two of Mexico’s main tourism epicenters but also places it just 1.2 kilometers from the stunning Caribbean Sea, easily accessible via clean and well-maintained avenues and streets.
Our master plan is based on two key factors: sustainability and optimal land use. Environmental studies, spatial planning, and orientation analysis have led to the creation of a functional concept grounded in the layering of elements.
Inuk is designed to become synonymous with permanence. Additionally, the development naturally integrates with its surroundings, creating a living corridor formed by endemic species of the region. The Inuk project aims for a harmonious balance, respecting the local flora and incorporating it into its design without altering or mixing it with non-native species.
Inuk is a project consisting of 40 condos with 1 or 2 bedrooms and 26 studios. Some units can be divided and transformed into lock-off apartments. The studios are equipped with a bed, kitchen, refrigerator, inverter air conditioning, lamps, ceiling fans, electronic locks, and an electric stove.
Additionally, units with a terrace will include an outdoor table. The condos feature a designated area for a laundry center and come equipped with an electronic lock and an electric stove.
All finishes are sourced from the region to ensure harmony with the surroundings: exposed concrete walls, travertine marble flooring, and terraces with decks made from natural wood.
