Homa Tulum

Homa Tulum is a development located in the heart of Tulum, in Region 15, an area with a large residential development, in the middle of an urbanized jungle and a few minutes from the beach, archaeological zone and very close to all the amenities that the town de Tulum has for you.

Homa Tulum has eco-avant-garde buildings with sustainable technology developed in 1500 m² with more than 60% of the forest protected. Suite-type apartments with the option of a private pool, balconies overlooking the jungle or private rooftop, and studio-type apartments with common areas that include swimming channels, co-working rooms and themed rooftop.

Inspired by a bohemian spirit and our concern for nature, we decided to use only honest materials. These materials are typical of the region and are used in their most natural state, without affecting efficiency and functionality, with a design attached to the Tulum experience.
